The SM week is held every year in different locations in Sweden, winter and summer respectively. The SM week is open to the National Sports Confederation's members, 71 specialist sports associations, which represent up to 210 sports. The SM week is organized by the Swedish Sports Confederation in collaboration with the relevant specialist sports federations and the host city. Sveriges Television is the broadcasting company.
